La Paloma IS in Rosarito Beach. After you cross the International border (aprox. 800 yards) watch for a freeway sign indicating a toll road to Rosarito/Ensenada. Take the toll highway for approximately 16 miles and watch for La Paloma exit off of the toll highway. Disregard Rosarito exit and proceed to La Paloma exit as previously indicated.

Surprisingly the water in Tijuana and Rosarito comes from the Colorado River.
The problem lies in the condition of the pipes carrying the water. Please bring your own drinking water for personal consumption. For personal hygiene tap water is perfectly fine. |
